Private Markets funds

Below is a directory of the Private Markets funds currently available through Wealth Club. They are subject to restrictions on promotion: more details can only be accessed if you have qualified as a High Net Worth or Sophisticated investor.

When you click on the button in the directory you will be asked for your email address so we can check if you are eligible.

New: Private Markets SIPP

You can now invest in selected semi-liquid Private Markets funds through the new Wealth Club Private Markets SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension), at no extra charge.

Tax rules can change and benefits depend on circumstances.

Each fund review states if it is available in a SIPP.

Important: The information on this website is for experienced investors. It is not a personal recommendation to invest. If you’re unsure, please seek advice. Private Markets and Real Assets investments are for the long term; they are high risk and illiquid. They should only be considered by eligible investors with sufficient knowledge and experience to understand the risk and able to afford any losses.

Private Markets funds

Private Markets refer to equity, debt and other investable assets not traded on public exchanges, such as the London Stock Exchange.

Private Markets are considerably larger than public markets and encompass:

  • Private Equity
  • Private Credit
  • Private Real Estate
  • Private Infrastructure

Historically, Private Markets funds have been characterised by low liquidity, high minimums and long capital lock-up periods. New fund structures have now emerged, making the funds more accessible to eligible investors.

What is the Wealth Club Private Markets service?

We have negotiated access for eligible private investors to Private Markets funds from some of the world's best-known specialist managers – often with lower minimum investments than available elsewhere or through exclusive or institutional share classes.

Each fund is reviewed by our investment research team to help you make a better-informed decision for yourself. Eligible investors can apply online.

You can invest in each fund directly or – in many cases – through the Wealth Club Private Markets SIPP (this is clearly indicated above and in each fund page).
